Tinsel, bonbons, food and presents… the countdown to Christmas is about to begin.

With less than four months until December, it’s time to buckle down and find the perfect venue for your Christmas work party.

We know four months sounds like plenty of time, but Christmas Day is only 90 weekdays away– and with so many great venues in South Australia, you need to make sure you find the right space for your celebration.

Brand SA News has done the hard work for you.

We scouted out 12 SA venues for your Christmas shindig, and although you won’t find any turtle doves, you will find the perfect place for foodies, adventurers, animal and wine lovers alike.

Escape Hunt

Want to test your team-work? Escape Hunt is the place.

Here’s how it works: Groups of up to 30 people are split into teams of 2-6 and given an hour to work through clues and puzzles with a South Australian twist.

Christmas packages also include access to a vintage-style lounge, drinks, food and a souvenir team photo.

Holey Moley

Featuring an 18-hole mini golf course, fully-stocked bar and flexible packages, Holey Moley is a great choice for groups of 10+.

Adelaide Zoo

Get up close with some furry/scaly/feathered friends at the Adelaide Zoo.

From smaller group functions to the all-out ‘Twilight Zoo’ package giving up to 3000 people exclusive after-hours access, keeper presentations and the chance to meet some of the local residents up close, the Adelaide Zoo will throw a Christmas party you won’t forget.

Indulge your tastebuds in a traditional Italian feast at Ruby Red Flamingo. With cosy vibes, seasonal food and beautiful garden views on offer for up to 90 people, this Italian space is a great choice for smaller groups seeking casual vibes.

Electra House

With a recently introduced hybrid gin and kombucha cocktail on the menu, Electra House is the place to take in the festive season over a trendy tipple.

Smaller groups can enjoy a few cocktails in the Chamber and Garden Bar, while a group of up to 120 people can book Level 1 for an exclusive cocktail party.
