As we ride the mythical unicorn into the heart of the Adelaide Fringe, we’re dazzled by our local talent who are sharing the stage (and garden) with some of the best national and international acts that have travelled to South Australia, to be part of the second biggest event of its kind in the world.

Cabaret

Matt Tarrant – Honestly Dishonest
Award winning in 2016, 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012; Adelaide’s own Matt Tarrant is back to his home State after returning as a contestant on Australian Survivor with his biggest show yet! Magician and Mentalist Matt will read your mind, amaze you with world-class sleight of hand and have you leave questioning everything. Honestly Dishonest takes you on the journey of a magician and allows the audience to take an unexpected look into the secret life of becoming a magician – and how tough it’s becoming to fool new audiences. He’s dishonest, but at least he’s honest about it.

Hailing from the South West Township of Soweto in Johannesburg, Soweto Gospel Choir is one of the world’s greatest vocal ensembles and undoubtedly the most acclaimed, having won four Grammys, an Emmy Award, and an Academy Award nomination. Soweto Gospel Choir has toured the globe performing in the worlds greatest concert halls, as well as headlining at festivals including Montreal Jazz Festival, and the Edinburgh Fringe. Soweto Gospel Choir have performed for and celebrated with the leaders of the world including Nelson Mandela, Desmond Tutu, Presidents Obama and Clinton as well as the British Royal Family.
